Terms and Conditions
The following information is intended to define the general sales conditions established between Flair by MR and the customer, when ordering at the online store www.flairbymr.com.
After placing your order, make sure that you receive a confirmation email in your email inbox.
Orders are considered completed once the respective payment is confirmed.
You will receive another email later confirming the shipment of your order, which will also indicate its tracking number. We are a family owned and operated business.
The maximum shipping period is 4 working days (the vast majority being sent within 1-2 working days after completion), except for festive or busy periods when this process may change. When this happens, the customer is notified.
Once the shipment is confirmed (upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email), your order must be delivered by CTT within the following deadlines:
- Portugal: 2 to 3 working days
- Rest of the World: 5 to 10 days
The order will be sent to the recipient and address indicated. The address referred to is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If delivery is not made by CTT, a postal notice will be left and the order will wait at your local CTT Post. You will have 5 working days to pick up your order, and it will be returned after this period of time. In case of being returned, the costs of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
Flair by MR works according to the Portuguese calendar. When ordering please consider that it will not be possible to ship during weekends and holidays.
Unless previously agreed, all Flair by MR orders are sent by Registered Mail via CTT. Flair by MR cannot be responsible for any customs duties and delivery delays depending on the country of destination.
You can choose one of the following payment methods: MB WAY or MULTIBANCO (ATM reference).
During the purchase process at www.flairbymr.com you will be asked for invoicing and delivery addresses. It is important that the data is filled in correctly in order to guarantee the delivery of the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information.
The value corresponding to the shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order. Before finalizing the order, you can view the total amount to be paid, including shipping and VAT.
Any order over € 100 with destination in Portugal, you will get free shipping.
Shipping costs do not include customs fees that may be charged in the country of destination when the order arrives.
If you want to exchange your part, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your order number. Also indicate which part you want to exchange, as well as the part you want to exchange. Parts exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges of parts that show signs of use, which are not in the original packaging and with a label, will not be accepted.
