Shipping and Returns

PAYMENTS:

We accept payments by MB WAY and MULTIBANCO (payment reference).

SHIPPING:

Shipments are made by CTT, by registered mail.

From the moment the order is completed and after confirmation of payment, it will be prepared and shipped within 12-48 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, with the registration code of the same, so that it is possible to follow your route on the CTT website.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated during the checkout process according to the shipping address.

For orders over 100 €, shipping is free.

EXCHANGES:

All items purchased in the Flair by MR online store can be exchanged for pieces of equal, lesser or greater value. If the new part you want to purchase is of lower value, we issue a voucher with the difference amount that can be used on the site for 1 year. If the new part you want to purchase is of greater value, you can make a bank transfer of the remaining amount.

Only exchanges of parts that are in perfect condition and within a maximum period of 14 days after purchase are authorized.

Shipping costs are always borne by the customer except for shipping errors or defects in the item.
