General conditions of Sale

Flair by MR reserves the right to update and change this policy without notice. For this reason, we recommend that you check this Policy regularly for any updates or changes. In case of substantial changes to this policy, Flair by MR will notify its users.

These general conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

 

Purchase process

By registering or buying from Flair by MR, you are agreeing to the General Conditions of Sale and the terms of the Privacy Policy.

The purchase process at Flair by MR implies the use of our online store, www.flairbymr.com, in which all mandatory fields must be filled in. By doing so, the user accepts the general sales conditions, described in the following topics.

 

Prices and payments
  • The prices of the products established on the Flair by MR website include taxes (VAT) at the legal rate in force.
  • Product prices may change at any time without notice.
  • If there are pricing errors on the website, Flair by MR reserves the right to cancel your order.
  • The customer may use the following means of payment: Mbway, Multibanco, Bank Transfer and Credit Card (soon).
  • Payment deadlines: The payment period by MBway is 15 minutes and by ATM 48 hours. After this period the order is automatically canceled

 

Shipping and deliveries
  • The shipment of orders takes between 2 to 3 working days for Portugal and between 5 to 10 working days for other destinations, except in periods of new launches, promotions or sales and Christmas.
  • Orders can be collected free of charge at our facilities.
  • The customer will have to bear the costs of delivering the order to the address indicated by him.
  • Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery area (Portugal, Madeira and Azores, Spain and the rest of Europe) and the weight of the order.
  • For orders worth €100 or more, shipping costs are free (Continental Portugal).

 

 Returns and exchanges policy
  • Cancellation of the order before shipping: the customer has the right to withdraw from the order, and if it has not yet been shipped, the refund of the total paid will be made by the same means used to make the payment.
  • Return of products with manufacturing defects: The return must be made within a maximum period of 30 days, after the customer receives his order. When sending your return, send an email to info@flairbymr.com indicating the order number and reason for return. Flair by MR will handle the collection of the same, and will analyze the product to confirm the manufacturing defect. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is returned with the original Flair by MR labels and without signs of use; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. If the customer wants to exchange the article, Flair by MR does not guarantee the availability of stock. The resolution of the refund process may take up to 8 working days, counted from the date of arrival of the return at our facilities. The responsibility for the damage suffered by the products, or their loss during the return process, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns for withdrawal: The return will have to be made within a maximum period of 14 days, counting from the date of delivery of the order. When sending your return, send an email to info@flairbymr.com indicating the order number and indication of the exercise of the right of withdrawal enshrined in the law. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is returned with the original Flair by MR labels and without signs of use; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. The responsibility for damages suffered by the products, or their loss during the return process, is the sole responsibility of the customer. The resolution of the refund process may take up to 8 working days, counted from the date of arrival of the return at our facilities.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges must be made within a maximum period of 15 days, after the customer receives his order. First send an email to info@flairbymr.com indicating the order number, the reason for return and the item or items you want in exchange. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is returned with the original Flair by MR labels and without signs of use; otherwise, the exchange will not be accepted. In this situation of exchanging items, the customer bears the return shipping costs and Flair by Mr will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new order. The responsibility for damages suffered by the products, or their loss during the return process, is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 stock breaks

In case of out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order and will be refunded for the respective amount paid.

 

Gift Card Conditions
  • It is not possible to return a Gift Card.
  • A Gift Card can only be used for purchases equal to or greater than your balance.
  • If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using one of the available payment methods.
  • The Gift Card does not apply to the value of the postage to be paid for the order.

 

 Responsibility

Flair by MR is not responsible for viruses or any other harmful elements that affect the user's computer as a result of using the website www.flairbymr.com.

All contents on this site are the exclusive property of Flair by MR, namely: texts, images, or any other type of information that does not come from third parties. In this way, they are protected by the Copyright Code. 

 

 dispute resolution

In accordance with law nº144/2015, of September 8, 2015, in a dispute with Flair by MR, the customer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity. For more information, consult the consumer portal at www.consumidor.pt.
